We are looking to recruit a reliable Hire Administrator / Client Contact, working full time at our office in Acton, London.
The role will include, taking bookings, controlling equipment in and out using our bespoke bookings software, as well as general office administration.
Willing to work some unsociable hours when required, candidates would ideally have the following skills/experience;
· Sales/Rental administration experience preferred.
· Some knowledge of computer based accounts systems.
· Experience of Negotiation and Influencing.
· Excellent all round IT skills.
· Excellent planning and organisational skills.
· Possess a Positive attitude and strong customer focus.
· Ability to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines.
