

The second series of Innocent, is a totally different story to the first and turns its attention on school teacher Sally Wright who, after allegedly having an affair with 16-year-old pupil Matty Taylor, was found guilty of his murder and sentenced to a minimum of 15 years in prison.
The four-part new series will see Sally, played by Katherine Kelly, released after new evidence emerges that places away from the scene of Matty's death and, just like David in series 1, she aims to find out the real culprit, while trying to repair her career, marriage and reputation and rebuild relationships.
